| Procedures |
- You'll be divided
into 2 groups; each group will be considered an Advertising
Agency
- Each Agency must have a Name, Mission, Logo & Slogan
- The Agency will appoint a Manager (Group Leader
)
- During the course of 6 weeks every one of you will be
selected to be the agency manager for 1 week
- The most successful Manager will lead her Agency until
the end of the S.I.P
- During S.I.P each intern will work:
» 4 days as a Secretary
» 4 days as TEC Handler
» 4 day at the Art Department
» Working dates are
shown in the provided schedule -
Each intern will write a daily report showing the following:
o What she did during the
day
o What she has gained & understood
o Her remarks (pluses & minuses)
- Reports will be presented to Agency Managers
- Each Manager will write 2 reports:
o Report on her Agency
o Her own report as an
Intern
- A daily meeting will be held with the 2 Managers
- A daily random interview will be conducted with an Agency
member
- A weekly meeting will be held with all Interns
